    CE - Conformité Européene (European Conformity, in English)

    Conformité Européene is a french of European Conformity which is used as a short form in marking the products to be sold in the European Union. If you want to sell your product (like an electronic or any other product) in the countries of the European Union, it must meet the standard of the CE mark. The CE Marking, formerly EC mark, is a mandatory conformity marking for certain products sold or manufactured in the European Economic Area (EEA). It makes the CE marking recognizable to people worldwide who don't have any idea about EEA.
